Davenport Photography highly recommends that you book at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure availability.


A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to reserve your spot on our calendar. This covers the pre-session consultation via email, text, or phone, Photographer's time and prep for your session and light travel. Booking fees can be placed by email via PayPal to cindy.davenport@yahoo.com or by invoice via credit card or debit card. 

All invoices will be sent to the email provided to Davenport Photography.


All booking fees are non-refundable but transferrable, meaning if you're unable to make it to your appointment, your booking fee will be transferred to a future session. 


SESSION FEE is due the day of session in cash, PayPal, credit card, debit,  or personal check.


In the event of inclement weather, your session date will be moved and provided no other session have been previously booked, your preferred date and time-slot will be reserved for you.




Following your session, images will be uploaded on to a protected online gallery. Davenport Photography will make all selections for edited images. All edited images are uploaded to the online gallery and can be downloaded as many times as desired in 90 days. 


Current turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks.

Expedited delivery of selected images within 24 hours: $15 per image.

The client will be notified via email/phone once the gallery has been completed. 





There is a $10 fee for every 10 minutes late. After 20 minutes we will have to reschedule your session, and your booking fee will be forfeited and will need to be paid again to book a new shoot. A late fee of half the session fee will be also be applied.
